Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before We Have Shipped Your Order
In case you cancel your order before we have shipped it, you will get 100% refund of the bill amount. To cancel, you can write to our customer support team on connect@zoe.menu with the subject line - "Cancel My Order . In such cases, your order will be cancelled by us and the money will be refunded within 24 - 28 business hours after the cancellation request. Your refund will be processed in the same mode that we originally received your payment. It might take additional 2 - 3 days before the refunded amount reflects in your account.
Cancellation After We Have Shipped Your Order
If your order has been shipped, you will receive a 90% refund of the MRP value of the products ordered. We provide free shipping service to all our customers; hence, if a customer cancels their order, we charge a shipping fee.

Return, Replacement and Refund Policy
Returning An Item You Have Received
We have a "no-questions-asked" refund policy. You can raise a request to return/exchange a product within 7 days of its delivery. We charge a 10% cancellation fee based on the MRP value of the returned products. This covers our shipping costs to you, as we do not charge a shipping fee initially.
How to Claim a Refund
- You receive delivery of Zoe 1 Month Detox.
- Out of the 4 kits that you receive, you try 1 detox kit within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
- If you are not satisfied with the product, send us an email with the subject line “I want money back for my Order ID….”
- Our team will call you within 24 hours and initiate a pickup request for the remaining 3 detox kits.
- Once we receive the remaining 3 detox boxes, we will initiate a refund to your account immediately. You should receive the refund in your account within 7-10 business days.
Prerequisites for Accepting a Return Request and Refunding of the Amount
- The product should not be damaged due to misuse or overuse.
- The product must be in the original packaging, including price tags, labels, and freebies.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Refunds are only valid for Zoe 1 Month Detox.
- Refunds are only valid for customers who have ordered Zoe’s detox for the first time.
- No return or refund is available for products ordered on discount.
Returning A Product Received In Damaged Condition
Our shipments undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving our premises. However, if your product is damaged during
shipment or transit, you can request a replacement or refund. Please inform us about the issue within 7 days of
receiving the order at connect@zoe.menu with the subject line

Missing Items In Your Product
If one or more items in your pack are missing, you can email us at connect@zoe.menu with the subject line "Missing Item
Mode Of Refund For The Returned Orders
- If the payment was made via debit/credit cards, Paytm wallet, net banking, or any other wallet, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made.
- For cash on delivery transactions, the refund will be made to the customer's bank account, which we will request you to share via email.
- We also have the option to refund you via Zoe coupons or Zoe credits, which can be used for future purchases.
